Reproducible: I have been able to reproduce it twice on the same machine running windows 7 64. I tried on a similar machine with Vista 64 but i couldn't.

Steps to reproduce:

vnc to butane.ireland.sun.com

open up a cygwin terminal
1: export JAVA_HOME=C:/jdk1.6.0_15
2: export JAVA_ARGS="-XX:+UseParallelGC -XX:+UseParallelOldGC"
3: cd X:/bigapps/tests
4: ksh win.runatg.ksh -server &
5: ksh win.runtomcat,v5.5.20_r2_JDK6.ksh -server &

Results should be saved in C:/tmp

The test may take more than 24 hrs to fail.
Couldn't reprodue this on the latest version of Windows 7 on the same hardware.
Will keep track of it, if it happens again will re-open the CR.
