Description

3 JNLP TCK tests:

jnlp_file/updateElement/index.html#AlwaysPromptRunYes
jnlp_file/updateElement/index.html#AlwaysPromptUpdateNo
jnlp_file/updateElement/index.html#AlwaysPromptUpdateYes

fail on JDK 6u18 since b05.

JavaWS ignores "policy" attribute of "update" element, does not display any prompts and always downloads and starts updated version of the application.

The mentioned tests passed with b03.
