Building of Auto Update code should be turned off in the deploy workspace

Auto Update has been moved to a separate repository, however the outdated Auto Update code still exists and is being build in the JRE deploy workspace. The code in deploy ws is not used and is now out of date. In addition the building of this code breaks on certain RE configuration and so it should no longer be built as part of the JRE build.
