      Bug Description:

      There's a layout bug in the JNLP file viewer in the Java Control Panel.
      Just resize it and note as much as ~40% of the window is consumed by grey space
      and an OK button if you resize the window to say 1000+ pixels in height.

      It looks like someone used a box layout or something equally inappropriate here,
      where use of a BorderLayout was clearly in order.

      All that's necessary is to substantially increase the vertical window
      size by resizing
      and you see that the layout constraints are quite inappropriate.
