Supply option which allows users to not install a java plugin in any browser

I am requesting that a change be made to the behavior of silent installation of the JRE that was made in 1.6.0_10.
There used to be flags that controlled the installation of the Java Plug-In. By default the plug-in was not registered with any we browser but one could specify options on the command-line to have the plug-in registered with iexplorer and/or mozilla. Starting with 1.6.0_10 those options were deprecated and now the plug-in is always registered with all browsers. I think this should not be the case as some users do NOT want a plug-in registered at all. I understand the desire to have the plug-in always up to date. Considering that, I suggest that the plug-in should be registered with all browsers by default as it is today, but that a command-line switch should be available to turn registration completely off for users who do not want a plug-in installed at all. This would be an all or nothing scenario. By default all browsers get a plug-in as they do today. If a switch is available and specified then NO browser gets a plug-in.
