Testcase failure tools/launcher/UnicodeTest.sh

Failing on solaris sparc (this was not from JPRT, not sure why it behaves differently in places)

I suspect the sed command added to help CYGWIN usage might be an issue for solaris sparc???? See 6911104. That's a guess.
