IdentityConstraint test: evaluate to anyAttribute with lax or skip

      Description

        There is wrong result in an JCK negative testing: an attached xml document is valid for a given schema, although it was expected the opposite.

        In the attached test, the value of the field selector is a node that (as a result of matching an anyAttribute
        wildcard) has no type, therefore it does not "have a simple type", therefore it is invalid.
