Provide system properties for the user specified script

    Description

      The Locale class has been enhanced to deal with the "script" code. To keep consistency with other elements in Locale class, such as "language", "country", and "variant", there need to be equivalent system properties for the "script" code as:

      user.script
      user.script.display
      user.script.format
