    Description

      Download and install Java on any platform.

      In non-English locale, for exmaple, French, S. Chinese or anyother, run command [javahome]/bin/keytool. The output is in English, not localized.

      The output is localized in 6ur and early builds of Java 7. The resource files are in the source.

      It's very likely that the change in source code or makefile causes the result that the resource file can not be loaded.
