    Description

      As part of the fix for 7016724 taget to build upx was removed mistakenly.
      UPX is still needed by install and this target is referenced from deploy-build target in the top level project makefile.

      make/deploy-rules.gmk: DEPLOY_BUILD_TARGETS += cmd-comp-all
