Swing test Swing_JProgressbar/Manual/ProgressbarTest failed - according to description

i've used machine:
uname -a
Linux emb-gu-client-8 2.6.31.14.20-efikamx #2 PREEMPT Mon Feb 28 21:18:36 CST 2011 armv7l GNU/Linux

and command line to run test:
KEYWORDS='manual' DISPLAY=:0 /java/east/sqe/gtee/harness/ute/ute run -env BASEBUILD=/java/east/sqe/jdk/ejavase/gui-basebuild/linux-armvfp/ -harness tonga -component swing -jdk $PATH_TO_JDK -testbase /java/east/sqe/testbase/sqe/all/7/build/execution/swing -test Swing_JProgressbar/Manual/ProgressbarTest -results $PATH_TO_RESULTS_DIRECTORY

According to test instructions - a text on right progressbar should be white when it's about to be 100% filled. but it's not(at least in 7b144).
I've tried this test on my workstation with javase - all works fine.

problem reproducible on arm with java embedded 6u25
problem also reproducible on atom both with java 7 se and java embedded 7
