some installed Java Application missing icon in add/removed programs

After launch a jnlp application and install it, the icon of the application is supposed to show in the Add/Remove List. Now it's not.

Enviroment:
b144-pit http://rehudson.sfbay.sun.com/hudsonws/deploypit/bundles/windows-i586/b255-2011-05-24_84/
xp sp3 x86

Steps to reproduce:
1.Install b144-pit
2.Launch JNLP Application which will be installed. http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/jsn/users/sheldon/webCases/RemovedInstalledApplication/jnlp/associatedInstalled.jnlp
3.Select Yes.
4.Open Control Panel-Add or Remove Programs
5.The icon of the application is supposed to show in the Add/Remove List

All of those tests are supposed to be installed and showed in add/removed list.
They can be installed successfully. Because they cannot be removed by javaws -clearcache. But none of them is showed in add/removed list.
