obsolete SUNWj6dev and SUNWj6rt packages need to depend on new IPS replacement packages

pkglint of new jdk6 IPS packages against the S11.1 reference repository generates these errors:

ERROR pkglint.action003.2 legacy package pkg://solaris/SUNWj6rt did not result in a dependency on pkg://solaris/runtime/java/jre-6

SUNWj6dev shows a renamed value of deveoper/java/jdk, but this is no longer correct with the delivery of the new IPS packages.

These packages need to change to depend on their new IPS counterparts:

These need to be delivered with FMRI versions that match the build they are going into.
