[macosx] LWComponentPeer.getMinumumSize() should be unified with another platforms

LWComponentPeer.getMinumumSize() try to use delegates size if possible. But looks like this method are overridden in most of the peers.
So it should be simplified at least to;
return getBounds().getSize();
