[macosx] Update tab in JCP is not localized on Mac OS X

Java 7u6 b11 for Mac
Mac OS X 10.7.3

Install JRE on Mac OS X (install the JRE DMG file)

Open JCP (one can open it via System Preference dialog. There is an icon on it).

Click Update tab. The whole tab is not localized.
