JCP layout looks strange on windows

    Description

      Tested release : jdk8 b#329
      Tested OS : WInxp, win7

      Invoke latest jdk8 nighlty build and you can see that JCP layout looks bit strange with wider side margins and elongated buttons
      This should be fixed
