New test need to be created for JDK-8000731. The test should use explicit IPV6 address.
The code from JDK-8000731 description can be used for new test.
Test should pass on windows platforms higher win xp when run with -Dsun.nio.ch.useIPv6Stack option and automatically pass on all other platforms.

I see that existing regression test's run logs contains only IPV4 addresses.
