Bug description:
The flight path tool no longer opens. The FPT only opens for a fraction of a second. However, here's the error that comes back from the ADDS site: http://bcaws.aviationweather.gov/adds/fptapplication/bcaws.aviationweather.gov#JAVAWS_BUG

Steps to reproduce provided by the user:
Download the Flight Path Application from the following website: http://www.aviationweather.gov/adds/fptapplication/ On Mac it gives a desktop icon fpt.jnlp Double click on the jnlp

Note: Followed all the steps provided by the user, the Oracle support was not able to reproduce this internally.
