(launcher) Need a tool to launch JavaScript files from the command line

We need a tool that will run one or more ECMAScript files from the command line. This tool will be responsible for invoking the nashorn shell handing it the appropriate command line arguments so that it can compile and launch the JavaScript files.

The proposed name for the javascript launcher is "jjs"
