Any swing frame resizes ugly.

    Description

      Java Console and any other swing frame resizes incorrectly after pulling the top of the window to display top border. See image in attachment with 2 consoles. Left console I resized using bottom border and right - using top border.( It is Win 7 feature to expand window height to screen height when top or bottom border reach screan border.)
      It is a cleanly cosmetic bug.
      Netbeans as Swing app also has the same behavior.
