Pre-configured command line options for keytool and jarsigner

      keytool and jarsigner contain quite a lot of options and sometimes a user might want some always specified. For example, a code signer might always want "-tsa http://mytsa" or a keystore manager always want "-keystore /etc/p12 -storetype pkcs12".
