Remove deprecated classes in com.sun.security.auth

The following classes in com.sun.security.auth and subpackages have been deprecated with corresponding API (standard or supported internal) replacements since JDK 1.4:

PolicyFile
SolarisNumericGroupPrincipal
SolarisNumericUserPrincipal
SolarisPrincipal
X500Principal
callback/DialogCallbackHandler
module/SolarisLoginModule

These classes should be removed in JDK 9 as there has been plenty of time for users to transition to the new APIs. This will also make it easier to mark the entire packages as supported with the new @jdk.Exported annotation.
