P4 Description
Have placed this window on the second monitor and the control panel have remembered a previous position of the resulting dialog but neglected to check whether it is still on a screen.
Placed this window (and possibly the initial control panel window) on the second monitor at work, this position was remembered and later applied in cases where had no second monitor.
This is not a regression -- Update 45 had exactly the same issue.
