jprt bundles have libjsig.dylib in different place on OSX

      Description

        At the moment runtime/signal tests use DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH that looks like:

        [2014-01-18T14:19:32.15] DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH="${PATH}${PS}${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}"
        [2014-01-18T14:19:32.15] # Actual: DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/export/local/aurora/CommonData/jdk/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/export/local/aurora/CommonData/jdk/jre/lib/server

        but in fact almost all libraries including jsig are located in $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib, which should be added to DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH.
