Remove use of ServiceLoader in finding class implementing sun.java2d.pipe. RenderingEngine

Since there are only two alternatives - ductus (closed) & pisces (open),
and we don't support alternatives we do not need ServiceLoader to locate the right class.
This will simplify things for the module system in JDK 9
