Additional dialog when launch signed application with resource redirecting

Tests affected:
ResourceRedirectingFXTest::testSignedApplication

JavaFX ResourceRedirectingFX target

Run: ant -f buildjavafx.xml ResourceRedirectingFX

Singed redirected application should be able to connect back to original site:
1. Clear cache.
2. Load the application
3. The application's signed jar inside will be redirected to a 3rd-party host location.
4. The application tries to connect back to the original site.
5. Make sure the connection could be made.
6. Test will be marked as FAILED if the connection could not be made.
