Several java/lang/instrument/PremainClass/* tests fail due to timeout

      Description

        Following tests regularly fail due to timeout in 8u20 promotion testing:

        java/lang/instrument/PremainClass/NoPremainAgentTest.java
        java/lang/instrument/PremainClass/ZeroArgPremainAgentTest.java

        With increased timeoutFactor these tests pass.
