[TESTBUG] Test is needed to verify correctness of malloc tracking

      Description

        Additional test case is needed to verify that malloc tracker counts malloc size and malloc tracking overhead correctly.

        MallocStressTest covers this area. However, the stress test is not in regular test suite. This test case can be a simplified version of MallocStressTest, has just one thread, but malloc many small size memory.
