        bin directory contains some scripts we no longer use: dump_octane_code.sh, rundiff.sh, runopt_noassert.sh, and runopt_nojfr.sh.

        In addition, runopt.sh contains references to HotSpot proprietary flags, which should not be committed to OpenJDK.
