7u80 : DRS requires timestamp

      If DRS jar is signed without timestamp, it cannot be verified. This behavior differs from previous releases and I couldn't find a JBS issue that explicitly requests this change in behavior so I decided to file a bug to investigate.

      This change affects our tests so if this is an intended change, our tests should be updated.
