Two instances of JVM used to run applets on one page

The tests expects two security dialogs from two applets running in different frames. On 8u45b04, the first dialog gets disposed by the test. But the second dialog, though it appears
is not disposed off. On 8u31b32, the tests works fine. The reason could be the separate VMs that are getting created per frame in 8u45.

1. set "deployment.security.use.user.home.java.policy", "true" in _SYSTEM_ deployment.properties file
2. Set up proxy http://stt-13.ru.oracle.com/newroot/testsuites/180_user_ws/vivek/autoproxy_detect/html/proxynew.pac
3. Add http://stt-13.ru.oracle.com/ to Exception Site List
4. Enable Java Console
5. Open http://stt-13.ru.oracle.com/newroot/testsuites/180_user_ws/vivek/autoproxy_detect/html/pluginTest.html
6. Accept security dialogs.
7. Note that two Java consoles are opened signifying two jvms being created.
