[CSS, HighContrast] Menu - All the menu items look disabled on Mouse Click / Roll Over

Switch to High Contrast Black mode
Run HelloMenu demo
Focus is not visible, try to press ALT + D to take the focus to the first menu
Right Arrow travels to the next menu and the menu items are visible

Try to roll over to the menus
All the menu items look disabled in a very light grey color

click on the second menu Edit / Radio / Checkbox. This is making the menu look diasbled
