[ListView] ScrollBar content moves toward-backward during scrolling.

    Description

      See attached video and attached project.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Set size of ListView using according sliders to (Width: 200, Height: 200) (don't forget to press according bind buttons
      Add two rectangles to the ListView ("add rectangle at pos 0" two times)
      Add item 1 at position 1 (when integer 1 will be beetwen that two rectagles)

      Try to scroll.
      Expected: stable scroll,
      Got: scrolling toward-backward
