8.0-b96: 84% performance regression in SpiralText on Windows7 high-end machine in hw pipeline

There is 84% performance regression in SpiralText in hw pipeline on Windows7-high end machine.
The performance dropped from 36.6 fps to 5.7 fps.
Performance analyzer show that the time spent in com.sun.prism.impl.GlyphCache.getCachedGlyph from
0.986 sec to 11.476 sec for ~ 60 pulses interval.

Steps to run SpiralText:
> cd tests/performance/SpiralText
> ant
> java -cp "JFX_HOME/rt/lib/ext/jfxrt.jar;./dist/SpiralText.jar" spiraltext.Main

The issue is not seen on WindowsXP mid-range machine (NVidia card).
But I see it on my Windows7 laptop with Intel Graphics-4000.

The issue is present in latest available 8.0-graphics-scrum-1403 build.
