CategoryAxis.tickLabelRotation doesn't work properly with autoRanging

Start Ensemble8 StackedBarChart sample.
Move xAxis tickLabelRotation slider, note that the category labels are rotating.
Tick xAxis autoRanging checkbox on and off and move tickLabelRotation slider again.
The labels are not rotating, but the layout is changing as if they are.
The rotation is changing after toggling autoRanging off and on again.
