[axis] change of common visible property is not reflected.

Look at the attached movie.

I switch tick label visible property and control changes its appearance. But if I change common property about controls visibility, it doesn't affect, and space for axis is left. So this property change is not reflected.

Comment on this issue, if you will fix it, then I'll attach code.
