As indicated in the description, those fxpackager tests that pop up a window or steal focus must run only when FULL_TEST=true. Some of the fxpackager tests on mac violate this. This causes problems for developers who run ant test, and also is occasionally causing the Hudson mac slaves to have problems (we have had to reboot them when they get stuck).
