Java FX 8u build for linux-arm/armv6sf platform should fail if the arm-linaro-4.7 compiler is missing

The FX 8u build for linux-arm platform succeeded, but the armv6sf artifacts not generated because the arm-linaro-4.7 compiler is missing on the new machine, sca00blq, which got reimaged after the QM outage.

There is no "armv6sf" artifacts.
