Document that FX toolkit should not be used by application shutdown hooks

    Description

      We should improve the documentation for the application life-cycle in the Application class to indicate that the FX toolkit should not be used from shutdown hooks, or after the Application.stop() method has returned.

      See RT-37075 for a test program that illustrates why this can be a problem for applications.
