[ScrollPane] Scrollbar isn't taken into account, when it overlaps with content.

      You can see on attached video, that sometimes content is under the Scrollbar and I can't see covered (by scrollbar) part of content. Specifically for case on video, some part of rectangle is under the Vertical ScrollBar and there is no horizontal ScrollBar.
