Hi there.

A year ago i created an JavaFX applet using javafx 2 that sometimes use a Glow effect on a button. This button is also draggable.

Now I´m trying to upgrade to javafx 8 and some problems start to happen:

1 - The effect looks buggy;
2 - The button is not draggable anymore;
3 - The tooltip that should appear on the top on mouse over event is also buggy.
  
Correcting previous post: The problem also happen on local run but is less intense there.
