P3 Description
When setting node orientation of PieChart to RTL, the data and legend are mirrored, but the labels are not, and the label lines are not rendered correctly. So the labels and label lines don't align the data. (piechart-rtl-8u40.png)
This is introduced from 8u20. In 8, only the legend is mirrored (piechart-rtl-8u11.png), so the data and labels look fine.
