[Accessibility] Editable Combobox doesnt expand with Ctrl-Opt-Space on Mac

      Mac OSX 10.9

      regular combo boxes work fine, but when you do Ctrl-Opt-Space on an editable combo box, nothing happens.

      1) Run HelloComboBox with Narrator turned on
      2) tab to a editable combo box
      3 - Bug) Press Ctrl-Opt-Space, the combo box should show its menu.
