[Webkit] Select element not highlighted when focused in WebView

When tabbing through components on a page in the WebView, all of the components highlight or otherwise change their CSS display properties to appear 'focused' in some way. This does not happen with Select elements, so the cursor 'gets lost' within them and confuses users.

This is a problem for us as we have keyboard navigation requirements from our customer.
