[RTL, ColorPicker] Inconsistent format of web color code in Custom Colors dialog.

When ColorPicker is set to RTL orientation, in Custom Colors dialog, Web tab, the format of hex web color code in the textfield is inconsistent for different values. For example, #333333 is displayed as #333333, but #aaaaaa is displayed as aaaaaa#. This is correct for textfield to handle the text in RTL format. But as the text is a hex code, it should be displayed consistently.
Maybe this textfield is better to be always in LTR orientation but right aligned when the ColorPicker is in RTL.
BTW, the ColorPicker combo box displays the code correctly.
