[Pagination] Pagination setCurrentPageIndex behaves weirdly - no page numbers displayed

Run HelloPagination. Click the first button ("setMaxPageIndicatorCount = 5"). Then click the second button on the left ("setCurrentPageIndex = 19"). The Pagination control at the bottom of the window will only display ellipses. No single page button with a normal number is displayed.
