[Menu] empty space, when scrolled via mouse wheel.

Open the "File" menu, and it is supposed, that you have menu, which contains too many items, to fit on the screen.

Move mouse over one of the items, and scroll down with mouse wheel. Now scroll up. I see empty space (equal to two menyItems heights), above the first menuItem.
