Deployment guide: need a real-world example of an Ant task to build a self-contained application

What would be really useful is if you provided a real world example which contains all the code that's needed for the build file.

I've spent a good day trying to understand how to bundle my javafx app using an ant script, and it's very frustrating not being able to simply follow an example which contains multiple classes, and bundles third party jars into a native installer (as a good number of people will be trying to do).

For me this is a large hurdle to get over in order to use the JavaFX libraries.


If you do have a full example of an ant build script, I'd be extremely grateful if you could link me to it or attach it in an email.
