Support 3D on the embedded platform

    Description

      We would want to support 3D on the embedded platform in the near future. 3D on embedded is disabled by default, and is enabled by com.sun.javafx.experimental.embedded.3d property. There is a still some amount of work needed before we can make this switch. It will need to check for platform is NPOT capable.
