Sign demo jar files with Client.jar using make files

The jar files can be taken from the Java FX repositories. (2u-cpu/apps)
The jar file needs to be signed when the repo is built.

The expected jar files for this are the ensemble and SwingInterop present in apps (Java FX repo).
